Construct a Community of Your Own
The Curious Builder Collective is a community of builders focused on strengthening their businesses through shared knowledge and real-world experience. It brings together professionals who want to ask better questions, explore new ideas, and test theories alongside peers, who understand the work.
At its core, the Collective is about learning from one another. It is collaboration over competition. It’s a place to refine processes, challenge assumptions, and take what you learn back to your own business with confidence and clarity.
Now, the Curious Builder Collective is expanding into Washington and California, opening the door for more regional collaboration and deeper connection. With Stacy Eakman leading the ship, this next chapter is rooted in strong leadership, intentional growth, and a commitment to building something that truly supports builders where they are.
This expansion isn’t just about geography. It’s about growing a community that values trust, curiosity, and shared progress. Together.
Curious Builder Collective Session Format
Each Curious Builder Collective session is built around a single topic designed to challenge thinking and spark meaningful conversation around business growth. The goal is simple. Create space for honest dialogue, shared experience, and ideas you can actually use.
Sessions begin in small groups of 8–10 builders. These table discussions are guided by intentional prompts that keep conversations focused, relevant, and grounded in real-world application. Rather than surface-level networking, the format encourages participation, problem-solving, and sharing your true perspective.
Midway through the session, groups rotate. This allows new voices, fresh insights, and different approaches to shape the conversation. The result is a dynamic exchange that keeps energy high and ideas moving.
The experience is designed to feel approachable, efficient, and motivating. You leave with clarity, connections, and inspiration you can take straight back to your business.
Session Timeline:
8:30–8:45 Pastries, coffee, and networking
8:45–9:00 Group introductions
9:00–9:55 Small group table discussion: Round One
10:00–10:55 Small group table discussion: Round Two
10:55–11:00 Key takeaways and closing insights
Single-session and multi-session tickets will be available, making it easy to join for one conversation or commit to deeper, ongoing learning and meet more colleagues in the industry.
