Alair Decatur is wrapping up an extraordinary year after earning 25 national and regional industry awards, a testament to the team’s commitment to thoughtful planning, collaborative execution, and high-quality residential construction across Atlanta’s intown neighborhoods.
Spanning seven major awards programs from April through December, the recognition reflects consistent excellence across a wide range of project types. These projects included historic renovations and whole-home remodels to kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor living spaces, and interiors at every scale.

This year, Alair Decatur was recognized by respected organizations including the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the Georgia Design Awards (sponsored by Atlanta Magazine and Georgia Design), Kitchen & Bath Design News, My Home Improvement Magazine, and My Decatur/Druid Hills.
