As a regional partner for the Vancouver Island and Arizona regions, Chiara Sulyok experienced that learning curve firsthand. That’s when she saw how valuable a trusted, personal connection can be when partners need support.
“I feel like there’s always been a time where I wish there was somebody that I could just reach out to for this one question,” says Chiara. “It’d be so nice if I just had somebody to fill in those missing gaps.”
That perspective is exactly what Chiara brings to her new role as Director of Performance and Training at Alair Homes.
In this role, Chiara will be the go-to resource for partners and their teams, helping them maximize operational performance, implement tools, and connect with best practices from across the network.
“As the Alair performance and training team, we have individuals that can spend that time and be there to support the partners,” says Chiara. “They always know that they can reach out and have someone to connect with, whether it’s training somebody new, or taking a deep dive into some of the tools that we offer and how we can evolve those tools in their location.”
Led by the Director of Performance and Training, the team will work hand in hand with partners to:
- Introduce and optimize Alair tools for daily operations
- Provide targeted support during onboarding and ongoing growth
- Share best practices and operational insights across the network
- Offer guidance tailored to the specific needs and regulations of each region
