This Adams Morgan condo in Washington, D.C., underwent a thoughtful renovation to create a bright, modern, and functional home. Walls between the kitchen, living area, and adjacent hallway were opened to establish a seamless, open-concept layout, improving flow and natural light throughout the space.

The kitchen was expanded slightly for a more workable layout, featuring increased cabinetry, new countertops, a spacious pantry cabinet, and all-new appliances—including a wine fridge. A custom display rack, built in the field with champagne brass rods from Rejuvenation, provides stylish storage for cookbooks, cutting boards, and other essentials, combining function with luxury design touches.

This project showcases how expert design and craftsmanship can transform a DC condo into a modern, sophisticated, and livable space.
