This McLean Gardens, DC condo renovation showcases a full transformation of a once small, closed-off kitchen and compartmentalized living space. This two-level condo remodel included removing two load-bearing walls, opening the floor plan, and designing a modern kitchen around a structural column integrated into a new peninsula. By extending the kitchen two feet into the living area and blending it with the dining room, we created an open-concept layout that improves flow, sightlines, and functionality.

To maximize storage in this DC kitchen remodel, we added shallow cabinetry, a peninsula with seating, and custom built-ins. The redesigned entry area now features an expanded coat closet with a dedicated golf club storage nook. This McLean Gardens condo renovation highlights smart space planning, increased storage, and a contemporary, efficient layout ideal for modern city living.
