This 2,900-square-foot office for Ashdown Capital, a commercial lending brokerage, was designed to support collaboration, efficiency, and growth. Located in Willoughby within a newly constructed commercial building, the project was delivered as a full tenant improvement.

The space includes twelve private offices, two shared workstations, a boardroom, kitchen, and centralized printer station, providing a flexible and highly functional workplace. Designed to align with Ashdown’s network of Alair offices across Western Canada, the layout reflects both consistency and local character.

Mechanical systems were strategically modified to achieve 11-foot ceiling heights, creating an open and expansive atmosphere. Custom valances conceal Lutron shading, maximizing ceiling height while allowing abundant natural light from the exterior curtain wall to enhance the interior environment.
