When Walter joined Alair, tools and support for perfecting his vision became closer than ever. Optimistic and visionary, Walter leads our team with humility and enthusiasm. As a regional partner, Walter is set to develop the Southeast Georgia region with a network of Alair offices, where he can lend his strategic thinking, empowerment and personal development skills to other business owners.

The daily challenges and on-your-feet problem solving give Cal energy and excitement. He loves providing top-notch service and lending his expertise to our clients and our team as our general manager. Cal’s an avid golfer, which allows him to continue practicing patience. His home wouldn’t be complete without his wife, and their two Boxers, who continue to think they are lap dogs, even though they are full grown!

Jermey and his family have found themselves in Savannah from Minnesota, via Florida. Throughout his career, Jermey has held many different roles in the construction industry. From hands on tools to site supervision he remains excited by getting the job done, properly and efficiently.  He is most satisfied seeing a project come from the drawings into a space. Newly in Savannah, he and his family are getting acquainted with all her charms and have enjoyed being out in nature, kayaking is a special treat.  

Our newest project manager, Logan Vela, joins our team after moving in 2025  from Texas.  Logan’s interest in the construction industry started when in his 5th grade class was visited by a college architecture class. His desire to work with clients seeing their dream homes built is his inspiration.  The constant changes and evolution in the industry are what keep him interested and engaged. In his off time the likes to travel with his wife and daughter, immersing themselves in new cultures including food! He also enjoy cooking for and with his wife, they love  trying new recipes. He loves spending time with his  daughter, constantly finding new interests of hers to jumpstart her creative mind..   At home, adding in 2 dogs and 2 cats keeps things interesting, which is just how Logan likes it!
