As a third-generation builder, Walter is intimately acquainted with the industry. Walter has always strived to make his process as “user-friendly” and joyful as possible. When Walter joined Alair, tools and support for perfecting his vision became closer than ever. Optimistic and visionary, Walter leads our team with humility and enthusiasm. As a regional partner, Walter is set to develop the Southeast Georgia region with a network of Alair offices, where he can lend his strategic thinking, empowerment and personal development skills to other business owners.
 
In his personal life he is supported by his wife and three daughters. You may also see Walter serving and returning on the tennis court, a lifelong passion of his. Walter always has a podcast or book recommendation for you, so keep your pen handy to write it down!

 
David was born in Venezuela, and he immigrated to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina when he was twelve. After graduation, David started his first company JD Painting in 2005. Through David’s obsession with attention to detail and his innate tenacity, David grew that business to include carpentry and handyman services. David wanted to travel further into the construction industry and so after doing smaller scale renovations in his prior business he started Alair Low Country. David has four children who keep him on his toes! On the weekends, David likes to stay active through bike rides, sports and more. David’s a fan of stand up comedy [live and recorded] and enjoys a baseball game of any type. David’s superpowers are being bilingual, as well as his kindness.

 
Looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, over 25 years of experience, and a passion for client relationships? Look no further than Cal Rowles. The daily challenges and on-your-feet problem solving give Cal energy and excitement. He loves providing top-notch service and lending his expertise to our clients and our team as our general manager. Cal’s an avid golfer, which allows him to continue practicing patience. His home wouldn’t be complete without his wife, and their two Boxers, who continue to think they are lap dogs, even though they are full grown!

 
With a unique blend of meticulous attention to detail and get-it-done attitude, Jessica steps into the role of executive assistant to help bring organization, simplification and efficacy to the team. She is skilled with an attention to detail, calming presence and a desire to support the team. She is excited about learning about custom residential construction. Prior to joining Alair, she has extensive retail management and ownership in her background. She also worked with a past Alair client creating a jewelry line out of recycled materials. She continues to design and make jewelry that has a very earthy and natural vibe. She has spent the last few years managing a couple very near and dear projects : her two daughters and husband! She likes a nice glass of wine, spending time at the pool and reading in her time off. To really unwind though she loves to switch off her brain and watch a reality TV show.

Jackson has joined our team after moving to Savannah from Ohio! Jackson studied furniture + industrial design and then spent time working in a cabinet shop which honed his attention to detail and knowledge. He moved to Savannah to be closer to family and we are lucky to have him on our team. Jackson enjoys outdoor activities and smoking meats. He has a dog, Chief, that keeps him active as well. Jackson is a down to earth, astute and reliable part of our team.
