A Finalist for Best Renovation over $400,000 with Bild Central Alberta Awards of Excellence in Housing, this renovation touched nearly every space—new custom millwork, reworked partition walls, updated flooring, refreshed ceilings, and fully redesigned kitchens, baths, closets, and the entire basement. The main floor blends rift-cut white oak, Cloud White lacquered shiplap, and leathered Luna quartzite for a clean, timeless palette. Downstairs, rich black-stained oak, smoked glass, tailored wallcoverings, and herringbone stone elevate the bar, media room, wine room, and gym. Precise detailing, curated materials, and a unified design vision bring a refined, enduring quality to the home.
