Lakeshore Dream is a custom three-storey home in Sylvan Lake, Alberta, thoughtfully designed to operate as a high-end Airbnb retreat. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home balances elevated lake living with the durability and functionality required for short-term rental use.

The layout was intentionally designed to maximize natural light and create inviting gathering spaces, while offering private retreats for guests across all three levels. Open-concept living areas, carefully selected finishes, and practical material choices ensure both style and long-term performance.

Lakeshore Dream’s exterior showcases modern lakefront architecture. Its bold vertical design, expansive glazing, and rooftop patios were thoughtfully created to maximize views and outdoor living. Layered patio spaces and clean architectural lines elevate the exterior presence while offering functional, elevated entertaining areas ideal for a luxury short-term rental experience near the lake.
