This single-level custom home was thoughtfully planned to maximize efficiency and everyday comfort. The open-concept kitchen anchors the main living space, featuring a large quartz island, custom wood cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, and a farmhouse sink overlooking the property. Durable finishes and natural textures create a timeless aesthetic suited for rural living.

The primary suite offers a spacious retreat with a spa-inspired ensuite, including a freestanding tub, walk-in glass shower, and custom double vanity. Throughout the home, carefully considered storage solutions — from built-in mudroom seating to practical laundry cabinetry — enhance functionality without compromising style.
