For Alair Orlando | JNJ Group, Conference 2026 in Montreal marked more than just a gathering, it was a defining re-introduction to the strength, scale, and energy of the Alair network.
As a newly expanded office, this year’s conference reminded us what it truly means to be part of something bigger. From the moment the week began, there was a clear sense of momentum—partners from across North America coming together to share ideas, refine processes, and continue raising the standard for how custom homes are built and experienced.
For the JNJ Group, the timing made it all the more meaningful.
Much of the conversation throughout the week naturally circled back to The New American Home® 2026. Serving as a focal point for innovation, collaboration, and execution, the home stood as a tangible example of what’s possible when the full strength of the Alair network comes together behind a shared vision.
Beyond the project itself, the conference offered valuable insight into the systems and support that set Alair apart. Panels led by the Home Office team provided a deeper understanding of the foundational elements that drive each office, from financial transparency and client experience to operational structure and long-term scalability. It reinforced a key differentiator: Alair partners are not building in isolation. They are supported by a network designed to elevate performance, provide clarity, and create consistency across every market.
That distinction was felt throughout the week, both in structured sessions and in the countless informal conversations that took place between partners. The openness, willingness to share, and collective drive to improve is what continues to define the Alair culture.
The week also brought well-deserved recognition for the Orlando team. The New American Home® 2026 was awarded Home of the Year across the entire Alair network, spanning nearly 100 offices throughout North America. In addition, the team was honored with the Grit Award, a reflection of the perseverance, dedication, and commitment it took to bring such a complex and ambitious project to life.
For a new office, there could not have been a more powerful way to step into the network.
Conference 2026 was not just a re-introduction, it was a clear reminder of the level at which Alair operates, and the opportunity that lies ahead.
