We’re excited to officially introduce our newest project on 89th Street in Wauwatosa’s Pasadena neighborhood.

Right now, many homes in these established neighborhoods fall into one of two categories: homes needing substantial work, or quick flips that often lose much of the original character along the way. This home gave us a different opportunity.

Built in the 1930s, this Cape Cod still had the warmth, charm, and architectural character that made it worth saving. Rather than tearing it down or simply covering over issues, we’re taking this home all the way back to the studs and fundamentally rebuilding it the right way.

This project includes:

  • Full gut renovation down to the studs
  • All new plumbing, electrical, new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater
  • New windows, roof, and exterior finishes
  • Two-story addition featuring a fully redesigned kitchen with new appliances and a luxurious primary suite
  • Complete remodel of all living spaces, including 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms
  • First floor mud room and laundry room
  • Finished lower level
  • Brand-new two-car garage

Every decision is being made with intention – from the structural improvements you’ll never see to the details you notice every day. Our goal is to create a home that functions beautifully for modern living while honoring the character, charm, and architectural style that make it uniquely Wauwatosa.

What’s especially exciting about this project is that once complete, the home will be available for sale in Fall 2026.

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a thoughtfully restored Wauwatosa home, follow along as we bring this one to life—and keep an eye out for its debut on the market this fall.
