This charming High Park home in Toronto lacked modern conveniences and functionality.  We updated the main home’s interior to feature smarter working spaces, more storage, improved infrastructure, and heightened curb appeal.  The transformed garage-turned-gym blends striking design with smart functionality. A dramatic slat‑wall feature anchors the space, while glass doors separate the spa area—complete with cold plunge and sauna—from the workout zone, allowing simultaneous use without disruption. Floor‑to‑ceiling mirrors expand the room visually and enhance usability. A discreet exterior-access storage area maintains utility without encroaching on the gym. Staying within the garage’s original footprint, the renovation included new concrete work, updated framing, and added skylights for natural light. Replacing traditional garage doors with glass creates a bright indoor–outdoor environment seamlessly connected to the landscaped path and deck.
