A functional island that transforms how this family cooks, connects, and lives.

Nestled in a quiet corner of one of the city’s oldest neighbourhoods, this fully transformed home underwent a meticulous down‑to‑the‑studs renovation. The basement was completely excavated to achieve 8’5″ ceilings that seamlessly extends the main living space. On the third floor, new dormers enhance natural light, headroom, and overall functionality.
