Brad Young

Partner

Brad Young’s passion for building began on a north Missouri farm, where working alongside family instilled a lasting respect for honesty, craftsmanship, and hard work. He developed his skills through the Grand River Technical School Building Trades program before starting his career as a carpenter. After four years in the field, Brad pursued his business degree at the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri, combining hands-on experience with formal education.

After graduation, Brad spent 14 years with Ferguson, a leading building materials company in St. Louis, before returning to Columbia.
In 2019, he launched TigerTown Home Improvement, growing it into a premier residential renovation firm that has since evolved into Alair Columbia.

With a deep passion for service, Brad has served as a board member of the Home Builders Association of Columbia, Columbia Fair Housing Taskforce, Columbia Foster & Adopt Project, and Centennial Investors.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys exploring Columbia with his wife, Cat and coaching early morning CrossFit classes. Brad and Cat are also supporters of local organizations like Columbia Second Chance, The Spay Neuter Project, Missouri Girls Town and Caring Hearts and Hands.

Aaron Wyssmann

Partner

For over two decades, Aaron has been married to his wife, Sara, and together they’ve raised three remarkable children: Braden, Norah, and Scarlett. He finds the most joy in spending quality time with his family—whether on their farm, at the lake, or exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping. Aaron is also deeply invested in his community, serving as a mentor through his church and various ministries where he enjoys guiding and encouraging others.

Aaron began his career as a high school math teacher but was quickly drawn to entrepreneurship, starting his home building journey in 2002 by working nights and weekends. The challenges of the 2008 Great Recession temporarily shifted his path, but his commitment to the industry never wavered. In 2015, he launched Ozarks Remodeling & Design with little more than his tools and a vision for something greater. That vision ultimately led him to Alair Homes, where in 2023 he helped open the first Alair location in Missouri

Based in Springfield, Aaron also maintains strong ties to the Columbia area, where his parents and sister live. Recognizing both a personal connection and a strategic opportunity, he partnered with Brad to help launch Alair Columbia. He enjoys collaborating between the two locations, sharing best practices, strengthening both teams, and is excited to support the continued growth and success of the Columbia office.

Whether it’s relaxing at the beach with her family or staying active on the soccer field, she values quality time and an active lifestyle. Ryan Concannon

Project Manager

Born and raised in Columbia, Missouri, Ryan Concannon has built his life around hard work, creativity, and a passion for bringing ideas to life. A 2008 graduate of Rock Bridge High School, Ryan went on to attend Tulsa Welding School, graduating at the top of his class in 2010. He later returned to Columbia and enrolled in business school at Moberly Area Community College while managing back-of-house operations at several local restaurants.

During this time, Ryan met his wife, and together they built both a family and a shared entrepreneurial vision. They married and now have two children. In 2016, his wife opened a salon in Columbia, inspiring Ryan to pursue his own dream of business ownership. In 2019, he launched his construction company, combining craftsmanship with a lifelong love of building and creating.

In February 2025 Ryan merged his remodeling company with TigerTown Home Improvement, where he has continued to grow his building skills and has developed a strong foundation in project management. In January 2026 TigerTown became Alair Columbia, and Ryan is proud to be part of that evolution, continuing to work alongside Brad to deliver exceptional quality, value, and service to customers.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, hiking, exploring local venues, and tackling hands-on projects—because for him, there’s always something worth building
