Our client came to us from out of town after finding their ideal homesite in Kiawah River on John’s Island. They wanted a home that captured both their personal style and the character of this distinctive community. Kiawah River is a one-of-a-kind coastal development that prioritizes the island’s natural beauty and ecological integrity, and as a member of the Kiawah River Builders Guild, we were proud to uphold those same values in this build.
Inside, custom details define every space. Pecky cypress in the breakfast room adds warmth and texture, while a built-in butler’s pantry and fully integrated kitchen appliances, paired with a 5-inch mitered island countertop, create a space that feels refined yet functional. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the breakfast room and primary suite bring in abundant natural light. Outside, multiple porches, a pool, outdoor kitchen, seating areas, and fireplace make the most of Kiawah River’s serene, natural setting.
