Set along the Stono River on John’s Island, this custom home build was designed to make the most of its waterfront views. Inside, exposed timber trusses add both warmth and presence, while a large wet bar anchors the open living area, creating a natural spot for gathering and entertaining.

Outside, the design centers on easy, everyday livability. A landscaped pool, covered outdoor kitchen, bar, and dining space extend the home outward, keeping the focus on the river beyond. Every element, from the materials chosen to the layout itself, was planned for comfort, durability, and a seamless flow between indoors and out.
