Set on an acreage just outside the city, this was a full gut renovation focused on simplifying the home and bringing a more grounded, cohesive feel throughout.

The layout was reworked to better connect the main living spaces, with the kitchen redesigned to act as a central anchor. Clean cabinetry, warm wood tones, and layered lighting bring a balance of function and character without overcomplicating the space.

Throughout the home, the approach was consistent — remove what wasn’t working, refine what was, and rebuild with intention. Updated flooring, new millwork, and a reimagined fireplace all contribute to a quieter, more considered interior.

It’s a home that feels lighter, more usable, and built for how the owners actually live day to day.
