Located in the heart of Canmore, this custom-built duplex was designed to blend elevated mountain living with long-term functionality and income potential. Each side features a spacious four-bedroom main residence, a shared rooftop patio with expansive views, and large windows strategically positioned to capture natural light and the surrounding Bow Valley landscape.

Natural stone and timber elements define both the interior and exterior, creating warmth and architectural continuity rooted in the mountain setting. A feature staircase with open risers and custom-fabricated metal stringers anchors each home, adding a bold yet refined design statement.

While the overall structure maintains cohesive architecture, each side was finished with unique, client-specific selections to reflect individual style and lifestyle needs. Lower-level suites were incorporated to provide additional income opportunities and contribute to Canmore’s growing rental demand.
