Through our involvement with Professional Women in Building (PWB), we’ve had the opportunity to support Transformation Village, an Asheville-based organization creating safe, supportive housing for women and families working toward stability and independence.

How Professional Women in Building Connects
Professional Women in Building exists to connect, support, and advocate for women across the construction industry – from builders and designers to suppliers and trade partners.
Through PWB, women in construction are building more than careers; they’re creating pathways for mentorship, education, and meaningful community impact. Supporting organizations like Transformation Village is a natural extension of that mission.
