Project Compatibility Overview
We will share an expected timeline and anticipated cost based on your scope of work, and if needed, walk through your project location to determine if there any zoning or environmental concerns to consider.

Planning

Contract Signing and Team Assignment
You'll sign an agreement, and then it is official, you are an Alair homeowner! We will assign you a dedicated project manager, and you'll select your architect and/or designer (if you haven't already).

Permits
We will obtain the necessary approvals to begin construction.

Construction

Project Scheduling
Once permits are approved, your construction timeline is set.

Execution
Site work begins, and you get to watch your vision come to life through updates from your project manager. We encourage client site visits throughout construction to ensure every detail meets your expectations.

Project Close Out

Final Walkthrough and Key Handover
You'll meet with your project manager to walk through your home and create your punch list of items to complete before we hand you your keys.

Warranty
Your project manager will conduct 3, 6, and 12-month walkthroughs with you to address any concerns. Our official warranty period is two years, but our team is always available to answer any questions you have about your custom home.
