Drawing on his experience advising over 700 companies in the past 8 years, Shane helps you identify actionable solutions to elevate your business. With Alair, Shane advises the builders and remodelers in our group and works closely with hundreds more outside of our group.
During your assessment, Shane will assess the structure, processes, systems, capabilities, and limitations of your current business model. He will share successful strategies we have developed and implemented for others with business and goals like yours.
