Chris Klaassen brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the role, having spent 15 years as a Red Seal carpenter and 13 years running his own construction company before joining Alair in 2016. 

Peter Nielsen has been a valued member of the Alair team since 2015. He began his career as a Red Seal carpenter and went on to hold senior positions as a Project Manager and Construction Manager at a leading large-scale construction company. 

Lyall Lepine also began his career in the construction industry as a Red Seal carpenter and a Project Superintendent, before joining Alair in 2016 as a Project Manager. His leadership and dedication led to his appointment as a Partner at Alair Delta in 2020.
