Perched on a cliffside above the Pacific, this 1,000 sq. ft. Bowen Island home is a striking fusion of architecture and nature. Built by Alair Homes Squamish and designed by GNAR Inc., it redefines West Coast living – bold, sustainable, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

With a golden living roof, Dutch-inspired gardens, and a deck larger than the home itself, every detail was crafted with purpose. Inside, wide-plank oak floors, custom finishes, and panoramic ocean views create a serene, modern retreat, powered by solar panels, a STUV fireplace, and a custom water treatment system.
