Travis commenced his professional journey as a financial analyst in the corporate realm but soon realized his true calling was outside the corporate office walls. Drawing inspiration from his home-building parents, Travis decided to venture into the construction industry. In 2004 he started his own company, Travis Miller Homes, focusing on constructing distinctive and beautiful custom homes in the southwest Missouri region. Beyond the accolades and numerous awards his homes have garnered, Travis takes immense pride in the relationships forged with his clients.

Operating his company with a commitment to open and honest transparency, Travis has created a reputation for excellent craftsmanship and stunning home designs recognized by the local building industry. With over a decade of volunteer service with the local Home Builder's Association of Greater Springfield, Travis provides valuable insight and wisdom to the building community. Celebrating a joyful marriage of over 25 years with his wife Lisa and two adult children, Mason and Rylan. Travis and his family find joy in spending summers together at Table Rock Lake.

For over two decades, Aaron has been married to his beautiful wife, Sara, and together they've raised three remarkable children: Braden, Norah, and Scarlett. Aaron's joy is found in spending quality time with his family, whether it's on their farm, by the lake, or during outdoor activities like hiking and camping. A dedicated mentor within his church and various ministries, Aaron finds fulfillment in guiding others.

Although Aaron commenced his career as a high school math teacher, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to venture into home building during nights and weekends while teaching. The challenges of the 2008 Great Recession redirected his path temporarily, but not permanently. In 2015, armed with his tools in the back of his Toyota 4Runner, he founded Ozarks Remodeling. Driven by a constant desire for growth and improvement, Aaron discovered the perfect fit for his aspirations in Alair in 2023. This transformative journey led him to share the opportunity with his close friend, Travis Miller. As discussions unfolded, the decision to join forces became clear, creating a synergy that enhances their business for clients and team members alike.
Todd Strouphauer

Todd's journey in the construction realm began in his high school freshman year, where he delved into carpentry through vo-tech. Working under a residential contractor during his high school years, Todd transitioned to a supervisory role in the manufactured home industry post-graduation. Relocating to Missouri in 2010, he assumed the position of superintendent in a construction company specializing in multi-unit apartment buildings. In 2018, Todd embarked on a new chapter with Travis Miller Homes, contributing his skills as a superintendent for custom home builds. Alongside his professional achievements, Todd shares a fulfilling family life with his wife, Becki, and their two daughters, Katelynn and Paizlee. During his leisure moments, Todd finds joy in camping by the lake with his family or immersing himself in the tranquility of the woods while hunting.
Jason Massengale

Jason is driven by a deep passion for ministry and aiding those in his community. His compassionate nature and willingness to assist anyone in need have been constants throughout his journey. Jason initially embarked on a career in emergency services, serving as a police officer, firefighter, and EMS professional for the first decade of his professional life. Jason and his family relocated to Missouri to pursue higher education. During this transformative period, he established his remodeling company, dedicating five years to this venture while concurrently attending college. Seeking a new direction, Jason joined Aaron's team, initially as a project estimator, and has since flourished in his role as a project manager. For over two decades, Jason has been happily married to his wife, Heather, and together they are proud parents to two children, Austin and Addison. Family time is cherished, and they find particular joy in leading a church community from the comfort of their home.
Kara Nau

Designer / Project Coordinator

Kara's early exposure to the construction industry through her grandfather's work and her father's involvement in kitchen and bath design sparked her passion for the art of design. Collaborating with her father in designing kitchens and baths further fueled this love. Pursuing her academic interests, Kara earned a bachelor's degree in Interior Design and Construction Management from Missouri State University. Determined to enhance her professional standing, Kara is currently dedicated to studying for the NCIDQ certification. This certification not only showcases her proficiency in interior design principles but also underscores her unwavering commitment to the field. In her personal life, Kara finds joy in a happy marriage to Garrett. Together, they take pleasure in gardening and share their home with a giant Schnauzer named June. Additionally, Kara delights in spending her leisure time at the lake, indulging in her love for water skiing.
Jeff Cole

Jeff, a skilled Construction Tech graduate from OTC, has a passion for hands-on work and tools. With 24 years of experience as a carpenter, he has expertise in framing homes, crafting custom furniture and cabinets, and undertaking disaster mitigation and repair projects. Married to Laura for over 27 years, Jeff is a proud father of four grown boys. Outside of his profession, he enjoys various outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and hunting.
Luke Carr

With more than 9 years of construction expertise, Luke's journey includes a significant apprenticeship in Australia. Specializing in brick and block laying, the comprehensive 4-year program encompassed diverse elements, including a year of engineering, a year of surveying, and more. Luke's exceptional dedication was recognized as he earned the title of Apprentice of the Year three times during the program. Outside of his professional pursuits, Luke is happily married to his beautiful wife, Stephanie. In his leisure time, he indulges in his passion for hunting and fishing, savoring moments away from work with his loved ones.
Kyle Pister

Kyle is a sociable individual who relishes spending time with friends, particularly engaging in games of pool. At home, he shares his space with a stunning black German Shepherd that brings him joy. Kyle's journey into construction began alongside his dad, as they collaborated on flipping numerous homes. Learning the intricacies of virtually every aspect of home remodeling from his father, Kyle continues to apply these skills today. Among the various careers he has explored, his enduring love for construction shines through, with a special fondness for the art of tile work.
