This residence was transformed from a traditional layout into a warm, open space designed for modern family living and entertaining. By enclosing the original double-height ceiling in the living room, additional square footage was created on the second floor, allowing the primary suite to relocate upstairs. The former suite on the ground floor was reimagined as a spacious family room featuring a custom bar, a large mudroom, and a luxurious pool bath.
