Simon started his career as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a cost manager and contractual advisor of construction projects, in the UK. As a Partner of the International Construction and Cost Consultancy Gleeds, Simon managed teams on multi-million to billion dollar developments all over the UK. Simon and his family moved to the Cayman Islands and was heavily involved in rebuilding the devastated islands after Hurricane Ivan – both in the residential and commercial sectors.

They moved to Vancouver, BC, Canada where he specialized in passive housing, modular housing and commercial projects throughout the Province. Having travelled to and invested in property for the last ten years in Tampa, Simon chose to return here and put down roots in beautiful Tampa Bay.

Alair South Tampa is staffed by a dedicated team of Projects Managers, Project Assistants, Carpenters and an Administrative team. The company’s professionals offer years of experience and a personalized approach to each project, ensuring clients are taken care of by people who understand the process of building a one-of-a-kind custom home.

 
A proud Canadian, Tiffany’s career started in London, England where she lived for many years. She excelled in the field of Lighting and Technical Production for the Events Industry in the UK and across Europe. As Director of Sales and Marketing she helped successfully grow two companies from start ups to hugely successful industry leaders.

Whilst living in the Cayman Islands, Tiffany worked with the leading event specialist and created new working relationships with high end clients including the Government of the Cayman Islands.

When the family moved from Vancouver to Tampa and Alair South Tampa was launched, Tiffany honed in to her knowledge of growing up in Property Development and now runs the Operations side of the business with a fabulous team.

Anthony is well-seasoned in the construction industry. He began his career at 17, working with his father on remodels, managing, and flipping homes in New Jersey. Anthony went on to learn how to build a wide variety of structures—from houses to barns, to schools and fire stations—across the eastern seaboard states. After moving with his family to Pennsylvania, he honed his skills in commercial construction and quickly climbed the industry ladder.

He now brings his strong work ethic, high standards of quality, and tenacity to succeed to the team and clients at Alair South Tampa. Anthony enjoys traveling with his family and visiting new places around the country. In addition to skateboarding and gaming with his children, Anthony is busy studying building materials and finance.

 
Charlyne started with Alair Homes in early 2021 as a Project Assistant. She enjoys helping implement the client’s vision and assisting in the day-to-day duties. She graduated from the University of Tampa with a Business Management and Marketing degree and considers herself a valuable team player.
 
Charlyne has always had a passion for arts, from dancing to photography, and she thrives at any chance to be creative. She and her husband Ryan, have daughters that keep their hands full and their hearts fuller.

 
With a lifelong passion for building and craftsmanship, Nickolas brings years of hands-on experience to every project. Born in New York and raised in Florida, he developed a deep appreciation for the art of construction from a young age, honing skills that now define his work as a skilled carpenter. Nickolas takes pride in creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect both the client’s vision and the integrity of quality craftsmanship.

Outside of work, Nickolas enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and scuba diving. He also values spending time with family and friends, often hosting gatherings where he showcases his love for smoking meats. Nickolas is committed to bringing care, precision, and a personal touch to every project, ensuring that each home is built to last and exceed expectations.

 
Sean Bloomfield is a dedicated Project Coordinator with a passion for delivering exceptional support to every phase of our projects. His strong organizational skills and commitment to excellence have made him a valuable member our team. Outside of work, Sean enjoys fishing, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with his Wife and their Dog. Sean is a Colorado native who relocated to Florida to escape the snowy winters. He brings the same level of focus and dedication to his personal pursuits as he does to ensuring each project runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.

 
Kaibo was born in Hawaii, was moved to California and then to Seattle, before she adopted the Amesbury family during their son’s hockey tournament weekend. She lived her early years in Vancouver, BC and has since adapted to and loves the Florida sunshine and lifestyle.

Kaibo is our Director of First Impressions, Chief Therapy Dog and all round smiler and greeter to everyone who visits… she is a particular favorite with our client’s children during planning meetings.

 
Originally from Georgia, Robbie relocated to Florida nine years ago and has since established himself as a skilled and versatile professional in the construction industry. With 17 years of experience, Robbie has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including the construction of wastewater treatment plants and production home building. His most recent focus was in the roofing industry, where he continued to build on his expertise in managing complex projects.

Robbie holds a Construction Management degree from Georgia Southern University, where he proudly roots for the Eagles! His extensive background and commitment to quality make him a respected figure in the construction field, and he is known for his leadership, attention to detail, and ability to deliver successful projects.

Outside of work, Robbie is a devoted husband and father of two young children. The family enjoys hosting parties and spending time together on the water, often taking their boat to the local sandbar to soak up the Florida sun. Robbie is also an avid offshore fisherman and appreciates the vibrant culture, food, and activities that Tampa has to offer.

 
Melissa is a proud fourth-generation Tampa native, born and raised in South Tampa. With deep roots in the area, much of her family still calls Tampa home. She balances a busy household with two teenage children, two dogs, and a cat that keep her on her toes.

With a background in marketing, sales, and project management, Melissa brings a results-driven mindset to every challenge. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration from National-Louis University. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida, she combines her expertise with a keen understanding of the local market.

Melissa’s time as a stay-at-home mom further sharpened her adaptability, multitasking, and problem-solving skills—qualities that now serve her well in delivering impactful solutions in the custom home-building industry.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys music, traveling, and chasing sunsets. A dedicated team player, she is excited to contribute her skills and passion as a new member of the Alair Team.
