The renovation centered around enhancing the heart of the home. A strategic addition expanded the kitchen into a chef-inspired environment equipped with nearly every appliance imaginable, custom cabinetry, a porcelain feature wall, and a bar designed for effortless hosting. The primary suite now features a boutique-quality walk-in closet with glass doors and integrated lighting, creating a daily experience that feels indulgent and organized.
Outdoor living was elevated with two new decks overlooking the golf course, along with a stunning new pool and hardscape designed by 9th Avenue Designs and executed by Highland Construction. Interior improvements included two upgraded fireplaces, a dramatic 9’x9’x9’ steam shower with a tub inside, motorized shades, ghost glass, and a fully integrated AV and lighting system by Sound and Vision featuring custom Lutron controls.
Although the team navigated unforeseen structural issues, mid-project design changes, and the unexpected loss of the cabinetry draftsman, the project was delivered with exceptional craftsmanship and care.
