With over 36 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, this industry veteran has led everything from small renovations to a 30,000 -square-foot custom estate. A former award-winning remodeler and holder of NAHB designations, he’s known for meticulous attention to detail, technical problem-solving, and a passion for mentorship. As a Partner at Alair Solon, he thrives in a culture built on collaboration, structure, and trade appreciation—delivering better outcomes for clients and stronger partnerships on every project.

Brandon Gembus

Project Manager

Brandon is a Project Manager at Alair Solon with a background that is anything but typical. Born in Cleveland and now settling into his first home in Berea, he brings experience from the US Navy, commercial diving, and the excavation industry to his work in residential construction.

With a degree in Construction Engineering Technology and six years with Alair Solon, Brandon is known for tackling complex additions and renovations with precision, leadership, and an unwavering attention to detail. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, woodworking, drawing, staying active, and spending time with his girlfriend and their pets.

Andrew Strnad

Project Manager

Andrew brings more than four decades of hands-on industry experience to Alair Solon. His passion for homebuilding began at age 14, working alongside the carpenter who built his sister’s house. Since then, he has built a career spanning custom homes, renovations, project management, sales, and design. A successful business owner for 25 years and later a key contributor at a prominent family-owned builder, Andrew is known for his craftsmanship, client care, and thoughtful design approach. Now based in Northeast Ohio to be closer to family, he is excited to help lead Alair Solon’s continued growth.
