Director of Business Development

Kim is the Director of Business Development for Alair Solon, where she expertly bridges the relationship between clients, contractors, and market partners. Leveraging her solid educational background, Kim has honed her project management skills at both a busy interior design firm and a large corporate company. Her experience spans everything from working with trades, vendors, and builders to bringing projects to life from the ground up.

Kim’s passion for the industry, combined with her eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, makes her adept at handling complex projects of any size. She finds immense reward in helping clients bring their dreams to reality, from inception to completion. Alair’s transparent, client-friendly process ensures that she delivers seamlessly executed projects.

Kim is also an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), a member of the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Cleveland where she serves on the Sales & Marketing Associates Council (SMAC). She holds a certification from Solomon Coyle Project Management, underscoring her commitment to professional excellence.

Brandon Gembus

Project Manager

Brandon is a Project Manager at Alair Solon with a background that is anything but typical. Born in Cleveland and now settling into his first home in Berea, he brings experience from the US Navy, commercial diving, and the excavation industry to his work in residential construction.

With a degree in Construction Engineering Technology and six years with Alair Solon, Brandon is known for tackling complex additions and renovations with precision, leadership, and an unwavering attention to detail. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, woodworking, drawing, staying active, and spending time with his girlfriend and their pets.
