Affecting change has been a central theme of my career.  Where the opportunities exist to do so, is where I find the most meaning.  What initially drew me to this industry was witnessing the profound change that could be made to a structure, and how it increased livability and happiness for the people who call it home.  All the challenges we face in construction are worthwhile because every project ends with a tangible improvement for our clients and the properties that they entrust us with.

I’ve spent years working to create an environment within our company culture that allows our team to change their lives for the better, too. Leading a team and watching them grow and succeed has been such an unexpected joy for me.  I wish I could say it has been smooth sailing from day one, but I’ve had to affect some of the greatest change within myself to get us to this point.  The learning doesn’t stop now, and with so much more work that needs to be done, I know the only thing that isn’t changing is the fact that I must continue to evolve.

Being present and engaged with my amazing wife and children will forever be my happy place. Sprinkle in some travel or quality time with friends, and I’m good to go. There’s not much else I need to be the best version of me.

Page Smith

Project Manager

I bring extensive experience in residential construction as a Project Manager, with a strong background in home renovation throughout the Seattle area. Over the course of my career, I have worked across all phases of construction, from planning and coordination to hands-on execution and final project closeout. I am dedicated to working collaboratively with homeowners, ensuring clear communication, shared expectations, and results that reflect high-quality craftsmanship and thoughtful execution. Delivering projects on time and to a high standard is a priority for me, as is fostering a team atmosphere built on respect, transparency, and trust.

I am committed to creating an approachable, communicative work environment where homeowners, trade partners, and team members feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. My experience managing large-scale residential renovations has strengthened my ability to oversee complex processes and ensure timely project delivery. I am highly detail-oriented and take pride in anticipating challenges, coordinating efficiently, and maintaining consistency from start to finish. From managing schedules and trades to overseeing finishes and final punch lists, I focus on accountability and quality at every stage of a project.

I am a Seattle native and continue to raise my family here, which gives me a deep appreciation for the homes, neighborhoods, and communities I work in every day. When I am not at work, you can often find me cheering on the sidelines at my kids’ soccer or basketball games, skiing in the mountains, or spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Alec Scott

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and bring a calm, organized approach to managing multiple priorities at once. Raised in a hardworking family from central Washington, I developed an early appreciation for integrity, accountability, and the value of an honest day’s work. That foundation, combined with a natural draw to the physical and practical nature of the trades, shaped the path of my career.

I hold a certification in Construction Management from Columbia University and bring more than a decade of hands-on experience across the residential construction spectrum. Starting as a laborer, I worked my way through the field, contributing to projects ranging from small repairs to new homes & complex additions. Five of those years were spent working 70-hour weeks, rapidly expanding my technical knowledge and on-site leadership skills. This journey has given me a well-rounded perspective and a deep respect for craftsmanship, competence, and strong work ethic—values I carry with me to the job site every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying productive during the week by tackling personal projects, writing, and improving my home. On weekends, I make time to unwind, connect with friends, and enjoy gaming. When the weather allows, you’ll also find me hunting, fishing, or visiting family.

I’m most fulfilled when leading a team in the field, fostering an environment built on focus, positivity, and hard work. Client satisfaction is always the priority, and I bring that mindset to every project. Drawing on decades of experience, I’m able to guide projects smoothly through each phase, proactively address challenges, and collaborate effectively with our trade partners to deliver exceptional results.

José Medrano

Lead Carpenter

I am a carpenter with 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout my career, I have developed a wide range of skills beyond a single specialty, including framing, finish work, concrete, and more. My personal standard is that any work I do must first meet my own expectations before I can be confident it will satisfy our clients. The work we do as a company is never individual—it is a team effort, always with the shared goal of delivering quality and a lasting product.

When I’m not working, I value spending time with my family above all else. I also enjoy being active outdoors, walking through forests & along rivers.  I have a strong interest in woodworking and stone carving. While I’m not an expert, I find them to be rewarding and meaningful hobbies.
