MidCentury Modern Addition

This addition featured mid-century lines and styling for the space. We matched the texture of the new addition stucco to the existing home. The roofline and circular window seen from street provide an intriguing elevation. The interior features a breakfast nook, built ins for the owners record player and collection, a living space drenched in light with doors that open to the newly refreshed pool deck and pool. The homeowner made a statement in the main floor powder room with eclectic wallpaper and mid-century inspired vanity and accessories. The upstairs features a primary suite color-drenched with a deep ocean blue. Large windows provide ample light in the space and the tall ceilings offer an airy feeling to the space. The primary closet includes custom cabinetry built onsite. The bathroom includes printed floor tile and a mid-mod inspired vanity.
