This renovation transformed a 2008 home into a refreshed, modern space while preserving key original elements. We kept the existing kitchen cabinets and main-floor hardwood but reimagined nearly everything else to enhance functionality and warmth throughout the home.

The former kitchen desk area was removed and replaced with a custom built-in dog kennel — a stylish and practical solution for the homeowners. All countertops were upgraded to quartz, bringing a clean, timeless aesthetic to every surface.

Each of the three bathrooms received a full renovation. The ensuite was completely transformed from a one-piece acrylic unit into a custom tiled shower with glass doors and a heated floor, creating a spa-like retreat.

Downstairs, new carpet and an updated bar area added comfort and polish to the space. In the family room, a once-blank wall was reimagined as a cozy gathering area featuring a new fireplace, TV, custom cabinetry, and floating shelves — the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
