From the moment you enter through the custom arched wood front door and step onto the checkered LVT flooring, you’re welcomed into a space with rich with detail. An oversized arched opening leads into the living room, setting the tone for the home’s warm, refined aesthetic. Throughout you’ll see antique doors, vintage lighting, and statement period hardware paired with custom carpentry by White Spruce Carpentry and our in-house team, featuring arched pocket doors, elegant casing, custom wood stairs and railing, detailed pony wall caps, and custom wood ceiling beams in a traditional grid layout.

The kitchen brings a sophistication and vibrance to the space atmosphere its full-height quartz countertop backsplash, antique brass finishes, and statement lighting. While the colour-drenched pantry and statement powder room offer a moody, dramatic contrast.

Upstairs, the primary suite opens with a statement antique wood door and cozy wallpaper before you enter into the ensuite through a glass arched pocket door.
