Colby Hubble

Owner

Colby Hubble’s path into custom homebuilding began at a young age, sweeping floors on construction sites for his father in Texas. Working his way through the trades, he developed a deep respect for every phase of the building process and a passion for creating homes built to last generations.
Over the years, Colby has brought that hands-on experience to projects across the Southeast, collaborating with homeowners, architects, and designers to create thoughtful, enduring custom homes. He believes the experience of building a home should be just as rewarding as the years spent living in it.
Colby and his wife, Mindy, have two daughters, Teagan and Landry. They enjoy spending time together traveling, attending sporting events, and relaxing on the lake.

Cameron Lucas

Director of Business Development

Cameron’s journey in construction began right here in Raleigh.
His early fascination with the power of heavy equipment eventually led him to the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an operator. This experience instilled in him a foundational discipline and a “mission-first” mindset that he carries into every job site today.
After his service, Cameron returned to his roots in construction, earning a degree in Construction Management from Appalachian State University. In 2022, he began a pivotal mentorship under Colby and his team. Over the next four years, he transitioned from the technical mechanics of building to the “art of the home,” mastering the nuances of high-end residential project management and building.
For Cameron, the reward is in the partnership—walking step-by-step with clients to translate a dream on paper into a physical legacy. After twelve years away, he is proud to be back home in Raleigh, bringing Alair’s signature quality and transparency to the community that raised him.
