Every project reflects our commitment to vision and collaboration.

Our team is built around collaboration, bringing diverse perspectives together to guide each project from concept through completion. We believe the best results come from alignment early and often, and we take pride in creating a process that is as considered and intentional as the homes we build.

Daniel Kennerly

Partner

For Daniel, constructing a custom home requires more than craftsmanship, it requires dedication, trust, and a true partnership with the client. His leadership emphasizes a client-first approach and a commitment to excellence, ensuring every home Alair Orlando builds reflects the vision of its owners while standing as a testament to superior design and detail. Building a home isn’t just about the structure; it’s about the people, the dream, the craftsmen who bring it to life, and the Alair team that coordinates the process from start to finish.

Daniel Kennerly is a sixth-generation Floridian who grew up on a cattle ranch. His upbringing instilled in him the values of hard work, patience, and integrity that impacts his business today. With a background in both finance and construction, he brings a unique perspective to luxury custom homebuilding, helping clients navigate one of the most significant investments of their lives with clarity and confidence. Daniel believes that both the building process and the client experience can always be improved, and that belief drives everything he does at Alair Homes Orlando.

Daniel’s life is grounded in faith and family. He is a husband to Susan and father to four boys: Zeke, Thatcher, Prescott, and Adler – who inspire him every day in both life and business.
