At The New American Home 2026 in Winter Park, the wine cellar manages to do both: serving as a standout design feature while also representing something much greater behind the scenes.
In collaboration with VintageView Wine Storage Systems and brought to life through the vision of our team, this space became an opportunity to push design forward while honoring VintageView’s commitment to staying grounded in purpose.
From the outset, the goal was to create a wine cellar that felt integrated into the overall experience of the home; something that complemented the architecture, enhanced the flow of the space, and delivered a strong visual moment without feeling disconnected. Through thoughtful planning and close collaboration, the team explored how layout, materiality, and product selection could work together to achieve that balance.
VintageView’s systems played a key role in that process, offering both flexibility and precision in how the space could be configured. The result is a wine cellar that is both highly functional and visually striking—designed not just to store, but to showcase and elevate.
But what makes this project truly special goes beyond the design itself.
The New American Home 2026 was built with a deeper mission in mind. Through the generosity of the homeowner, each product and contribution tied to the home was matched with a financial donation; ultimately resulting in $3 million raised for the Jonathan’s Landing Foundation.
Jonathan’s Landing is dedicated to creating a supportive residential community for adults with autism, providing a place where individuals can live, work, and thrive, while offering peace of mind to families thinking about the future.
It’s a mission that adds a different level of meaning to every detail within the home.
