Jeff Cramer's passion for construction began at a young age, working alongside his family in Illinois. After college, he excelled in sales at his family's home improvement company and eventually realized his dream of running his own construction business in central Illinois for almost 17 years.
In 2020, Jeff and his family relocated to southwest Florida, where he has continued to build homes in the region's thriving residential construction market. As a partner of Alair North Naples, he combines the passion from his early construction memories with his successful experience in delivering quality homes.

Barry VanWye, a seasoned professional with 35 years of experience, found his calling in the construction industry through his family's Northeast Ohio business. Beginning as a job superintendent, he oversaw 40+ new home and renovation projects.
