This year’s event also celebrated major milestones across the Florida region, including Alair Orlando receiving the company’s first-ever Home of the Year award for The New American Home® 2026, as well as multiple recognitions awarded to the Southwest Florida region. Seeing the broader Florida team recognized on such a large stage further emphasized the momentum continuing throughout the region.
