Beach Ave Condo Renovation
Complete condo penthouse renovation. The kitchen and bathrooms were relocated, new curved staircase and new patio access doors were created in a concrete tower building. Condo was completely transformed from closed-in and outdated to spectacular and modern.
The master bathroom features granite double vanity, porcelain tile with glass mosaic tile accent and bench, and a freestanding soaker tub.
The kitchen features granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, high-end stainless steel appliances, and custom features such as a built-in wine rack.
