Our clients envisioned a perfect home for two adults without children, ideally situated near shops, restaurants, and parks. While the location was ideal, the house required a complete remodel. They sought a transformation that emphasized natural elements, clean sightlines, and a cozy comfort that harmonized with the neighborhood’s architectural style.
This stunning remodel is a prime example of updating a home while honoring its original character. Spanning two stories, the project reimagined every space, featuring a large kitchen addition flooded with natural light that opens to a new deck and a beautifully landscaped backyard oasis.
A custom mudroom with sensible storage enhances functionality, while walls were removed to create a connected living space on the first floor.
The second-level dormer addition transformed the home into a luxurious primary suite, complete with a spacious bedroom, a loft sitting area, a walk-in closet, and a lavish bath. This project showcases exceptional craftsmanship, beautiful finishes, and meticulous attention to detail, proving that an old home can be beautifully revitalized while maintaining its historic charm.
