Perhaps the most significant highlight of this milestone is the formal announcement of Dale’s successor, his daughter, Sydney Contant. Having grown up in the business and proven her dedication through the years of her learning all different elements of the construction business, she represents the future of Alair Homes Marietta.
“I’ve watched my dad build this company from the ground up with integrity. To announce the intention to transition to owner, in connection to our 30th anniversary is an incredible honor. We aren’t just looking back at what we’ve built; we are looking forward to how we can serve the next generation of Marietta homeowners.”
Alair Homes Marietta held an open house on May 14th from 4 – 7 pm. Local business leaders, clients, and community members were in attendance and were able to tour the new space and celebrate this historic transition.
