David brings great humor, kindness, and over 30 years of experience to each project he takes on. He began his career in Tampa as a manufacturing engineer before moving to a nonprofit in the wake of Hurricane Andrew. He spent five years doing long-term recovery, helping those without insurance rebuild after the storm. In 1999, he moved to Charlotte and opened Alair Lake Norman’s legacy office, where he’s become an expert at figuring out how to take out walls and open up views! He lives in Davidson and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and getting out on the lake as much as possible.

Susan loves helping clients turn their home renovation dreams into reality. She’s meticulous and dedicated to understanding every detail of Alair’s projects. She joined the company five years ago after loving the renovations David’s legacy company completed at her own home. She is grateful for everything she has learned from her team and Alair’s market and trade partners. When she can’t persuade her husband to go to the beach, Susan enjoys spending time on the lake and spoiling their dog, Jackson.

Sandra started out as a young person in the family’s heavy highway construction company in NJ. She moved to land development, but with a great eye for design, she eventually found her passion in home construction. When she’s not on the job site, Sandra loves spending time with her two pups, John Wick and Charlie, and being at the racetrack with her family, watching her brother driving super dirt late models. She has two children, nieces, and nephews she adores.
