Stacy Eakman, a seasoned industry leader with over 12 years of experience in the region, joined Alair as a partner for Kirkland in 2023. And this year we are celebrating another milestone for him.

As a regional partner, Stacy Eakman will oversee the growth and development of Alair’s presence across Washington. This role is pivotal in driving Alair’s success throughout the region, where Eakman will recruit, support, and guide partners in the Pacific Northwest.

His leadership will continue to expand Alair’s network of industry-leading builders and remodelers dedicated to transforming the residential construction experience. “Stacy Eakman embodies the spirit of leadership and innovation that drives Alair Homes,” said Rob Cecil, president of Alair Homes.

Eakman’s construction journey began while working for his father’s remodeling business. He learnt the trades of construction hands-on before launching his own company. His mission to change the way people feel about residential construction companies aligns perfectly with Alair’s mission.

In 2020, the trade publication Pro Remodeler named Eakman one of the Forty Under 40 industry leaders.  Eakman also earned the magazine’s BIG 50 Award for being one of the top 50 remodeling companies in the country. In the same year, the Puget Sound Business Journal selected Eakman as an honoree for its 40 Under 40.

Most recently, in 2023, Eakman won the Charles Morgan Business Excellence Award from the Greater Kirkland Chamber of Commerce. Since joining Alair, Eakman has spearheaded impactful community projects through Alair Cares.

Earlier this year, the Kirkland team completed the renovation of the Lakeside-Milam Recovery Center, reflecting Eakman’s commitment to tackling the significant issue of addiction within the construction industry and supporting community health.

About Stacy Eakman

His official journey started at Eakman Construction in 2012, where Stacy was President for over ten years. Stacy expanded his horizons and joined Alair Homes Kirkland as a partner. His passion for construction started at a young age, as his father owned a remodeling company, and Stacy ended up learning the trade by working with his dad on job sites. His skill set to build things, experience, and unemployment at the time led him to start his own company.

Outside work, Stacy enjoys spending time with his wife Danica and his 12-year-old son Kason, traveling, and learning to be a better leader. His biggest strength in his work is his natural ability to have a big dream and keep moving forward towards it, taking it one step at a time. For this reason, Stacy states that his success is in living by the motto “Just do the next thing.”

Stacy’s passion for his work is evident in his vision for the future of Alair Kirkland. He is dedicated to changing the perception of residential construction companies, striving to create an unparalleled client experience. His future career goal is ambitious—he envisions Alair Kirkland recognized as one of Seattle Business Magazine’s top 100 places to work. His ultimate aim is to see it ranked in the top 50, with the added honor of being the number one residential construction company on the list.

In summary, Eakman shared that his family and close relationships have had a huge impact on his life and career. He is grateful for my parents’ guidance and love, and he works hard to set a good example for his son. Stacy truly believes that his wife’s unwavering faith in him gives him the confidence to tackle any challenge that comes his way.
