For the second year in a row, Alair Homes Houston has taken home an award at the annual Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Prism Awards. Award recipients are chosen by a panel of premier industry professionals from around the country. We were honored to be a finalist in 4 categories and awarded the Best Custom Home Design ($2M and over) prize.

Our submission (Glen Cove- see full gallery here), is an updated take on mid-century modern, offering many spaces to enjoy the outdoors both from inside and out. This multi-level custom home features an expansive open layout, gourmet kitchen, personal elevator, and various luxurious living spaces. The clients were looking to create a beautiful home that could accommodate the immediate family and would have ample space for entertaining guests.
Taking a Look Inside
The open-concept kitchen features clean lines and two-tone cabinetry, offering a contemporary feel, lots of storage and premier appliances.
The main living area features a custom wine storage area, wood burning fireplace and large sliding Pacific Architectural Millwork Stacking doors that lead to the outdoor pool area.
The two upstairs balconies create serene spaces where beautiful views can be enjoyed. The large back patio is equipped with fireplace and cooking area and is perfect for entertaining.
A stunning infinity edge pool with jacuzzi is a destination in and of itself!
