Ella Lee – Avalon Place, River Oaks

The home was originally built in 1940, and when the new homeowners purchased it, they wanted to make thoughtful updates while preserving its character. The project began with 2Scale Architects, who later brought the opportunity to our team at Alair Homes. During the preconstruction phase, we uncovered moisture issues in the home and determined that a new HVAC system and some insulation improvements would be needed. Working alongside Nest Interior Design Group, we developed a vision that honored the home’s original charm while introducing fresh, modern updates. The result is a home that is healthier, more efficient, and full of renewed beauty and character for its owners to enjoy.
