Meet the Team

Cody and his family live right here in the beautiful Catawba Valley of North Carolina. His children attend local schools, which he is very active. He also coaches youth sports programs such as softball and basketball. That’s just some of the reasons why he loves giving back to our great community and helping its residents enjoy better living.

Cody holds the designations of Accredited Master Builder, Accredited Remodeler, Certified Graduate Remodeler, Certified Aging in Place Specialist, Certified Green Professional, and is a Unlimited Licensed Building Contractor.

Cody loves being on the Alair Team to better serve his clients, employees, and trade contractors with a great experience on their project.

With a degree in interior design and over 29 years of experience in construction and design, Jodi is a passionate designer dedicated to transforming spaces. Specializing in kitchen and bath design, as well as commercial and residential interiors, she offers a wealth of expertise and insight to each project. Jodi is committed to creating personalized, functional, and beautiful environments that reflect her clients’ unique styles, ensuring they feel at home. Her love for helping clients realize their visions drives her to design spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and timeless.

Residing locally with her husband, three children, a dog, and two cats, Jodi cherishes family time and seizes opportunities to travel whenever possible. She is also a proud member of the Foothills HBA, contributing to her commitment to the design community.

With 22 years of experience in the industry, Erica is a dedicated office manager focused on improving operational efficiency. She is an active member of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of the Foothills Home Builders Association, contributing to the Foothills HBA Community Initiative. Currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, expected in Spring 2026, Erica is committed to her professional development, having completed the Caldwell Leadership Program.

Her training includes leadership and management at Lowe’s, emphasizing home-building processes and customer experience. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her blended family of seven children, actively supporting her sons in sports, especially wrestling. Her Christian faith guides her values and community involvement. Erica also loves to travel, creating cherished memories with her family while seeking personal growth and education.
