Michael Scheipsmeier is a partner of Alair Homes Heartland and a custom home builder with more than 20 years of experience serving Highlands, Hardee, Polk, and Desoto counties. He specializes in delivering high-quality, client-centered construction services, guiding homeowners through every phase of the building process with transparency, craftsmanship, and a commitment to superior standards.
Michael’s approach is rooted in the belief that exceptional homes begin with strong relationships. He prioritizes clear communication, meticulous planning, and disciplined project management to ensure each build reflects the client’s vision while meeting the highest levels of safety, efficiency, and long-term durability.
He holds a degree in Building Construction Management from the University of North Florida and maintains both a State General Contractor License and a State Real Estate License. Michael is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Realtors. He is also an EPA Certified Lead Renovator and OSHA Safety Certified, reflecting his dedication to safe, responsible, and environmentally conscious building practices.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
