The arrival at Eagle+Landing is calm and deliberate. Desert Grey limestone and silver travertine introduce texture and weight, balanced by a black standing seam metal roof and clean, modern window lines. WeatherShield windows and doors, supplied and installed by Morrison Millwork, frame views of the surrounding trees while reinforcing the home’s contemporary profile. Layered siding, subtle lighting, and carefully detailed stonework reflect the collective craftsmanship of partners including DA StoneWorks, Big Rock, Carolina Roof Rescue, and Southern Basement.

Inside, the home opens with a quiet but memorable moment. A pivot door draws you forward, softened by the warm glow of backlit Duchateau Hexo tiles wrapping the walls and ceiling. Norwood Hill hardwood flooring, installed by Endicotts Flooring, grounds the space and sets the tone for the rest of the home; restrained, textural, and welcoming.

The living room was designed to stop you in your tracks. Large, disappearing doors open the space fully to the surrounding landscape, while a dramatic fireplace anchors the room. Custom concrete panels by Concrete Canvas frame Circles & Squares Anthracite Geo tile. Rather than traditional logs, a custom loop sculpture by artist Cathy Azria Burkeman introduces movement and light, turning the fireplace into a sculptural focal point.

Warm walnut cabinetry, dramatic stone, and architectural lighting define the kitchen’s modern calm. The cabinetry features reeded walnut doors and was designed in close collaboration with a longtime friend of the homeowners. The island and backsplash are clad in Crystal Venato quartzite by T&J Granite, adding movement and depth to the space.

Above, a custom Tracer Loop fixture by Luke Lamp Co was engineered specifically for this kitchen, the result of hands-on collaboration to ensure perfect scale and proportion. Flanking the space, fully backlit wine rooms by Cellars South create symmetry and visual interest, each capable of holding approximately 380 bottles.

Just beyond the kitchen, the butler’s pantry creates the ideal backdrop for illuminated floating shelves and a dedicated La Marzocco coffee station, complete with its own drain and water line. Frameless cabinetry in a moody green finish conceals integrated refrigeration, while expressive countertops bring visual movement to the compact space.

The primary bedroom features expansive WeatherShield windows that flood the room with natural light, paired with motorized shades that disappear seamlessly into the trim. Phillip Jeffries wallpaper and Terramay Deco White tile from Tilebar create a layered, tactile backdrop, accented by sculptural lighting from Vibia.

Crystal Venato quartzite is featured throughout the primary bath gracing the countertops and within shower niches, paired with textured Jumanji tile on walls and floors. Heated shower flooring, custom concrete sinks by Concrete Canvas, and thoughtfully integrated lighting elevate daily routines into moments of comfort. Plumbing fixtures by Kohler and Hansgrohe, custom towel bars by Hutch Design, and expansive windows overlooking an eagle’s nest complete the experience.

From the custom elevator wrapped in graphic wallpaper to guest spaces layered with personality and texture, Eagle+Landing reflects a shared commitment to design excellence. Even the outdoor living areas were conceived as four-season rooms, featuring retractable screens by Retracta Screen, travertine flooring, concrete hearths, and a wood-burning Isokern fireplace all designed to extend the home’s livability year-round.

Eagle+Landing is a home shaped by collaboration and brought to life by a team willing to lean into both precision and possibility. The result is a residence that feels deeply personal, quietly bold, and entirely its own.
