As our team and projects continue to evolve, we’re looking for someone who can bring consistency, organization, and follow-through to the coordination side of our projects. This role helps support the systems, communication, and day-to-day details that allow projects to run smoothly and proactively behind the scenes.
Working closely with our Project Managers and Site Supervisors, this person will help keep information organized, workflows moving, and details aligned throughout the construction process.

Content & Media Intern at Alair Homes Green Bay
Part Time
Alair Homes Green Bay is looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated part-time Content & Media Intern to support our marketing and brand efforts through content creation, social media, and marketing execution.
This is a flexible, hands-on role ideal for a student or early-career professional looking to gain real-world experience while working approximately about 15-20 hours a month, depending on workload, season, and availability.
You’ll help capture the real story behind custom home building and remodeling — from behind-the-scenes project progress to completed homes, team culture, and client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our internal team and agency partners on content production
- Capture photo and video content at jobsites, events, and completed projects
- Create and edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts)
- Assist with social media scheduling and posting
- Support website updates in WordPress
- Help organize content libraries and marketing assets
- Assist with marketing initiatives including mailers, brochures, presentations, and special projects
- Support consistent brand presence across platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva and WordPress
- Interest in social media, photography, videography, or marketing
- Comfortable learning new tools and working independently
- Ability to think creatively while staying detail-oriented and working within an established brand framework
- Interest in construction, design, or real estate is a plus
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with short-form video editing
- Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
- Photography or drone experience
- Graphic design coursework or portfolio samples
